2005 Gemmy Christmas Airblown Inflatable Rotating Carousel 6ft Lighted PLZ READ. When I inflated it indoors, it inflated all the way up but when I did it outdoors, it didn’t. So not sure what’s the problem, I don’t see any tears or anything. The characters aren’t inflating but they don’t look cracked or worn out. I think I’m supposed to zip it up and open it or twist it but I haven’t. The rotator thing on top rotates once it’s plugged in. The candy cane cover on the spring looks good, nothing cracked. Could be an old fan that needs to be replaced. The happy holidays banner disconnected it and fell off. It’s a bit dirty as well. All light bulbs work. Box is pretty beat up as well.
